Modular interiors · Gorakhpur
The room you approve on screen is the room we build.
Every job is drawn in 3D before a panel is cut. Nothing is ordered until you have seen the drawing and signed it off.

Why this is different
Most interiors go wrong before anyone picks up a tool.
We close that gap by drawing the room properly first — your real dimensions, your real window positions, the beam that actually drops six inches below the slab. You see it in 3D from where you will stand, and we change it until it is right. Moving a shutter in a drawing is free.
The rest is unglamorous and matters more: a BWP plywood carcass under every kitchen, so a Gorakhpur monsoon does not swell it, hardware named by brand in the quote rather than described as “imported”, and one person answerable for the whole job instead of five suppliers pointing at each other.

What we build
Five things, done properly.
How a job runs
Seven stages, and you know where you are in all of them.
- 01
First conversation
A call or WhatsApp exchange to understand the property, the rooms in scope and roughly what you want to spend. If we are not the right fit for the budget, we would rather say so now than after a site visit.
Same day - 02
Site measurement
We measure the space ourselves rather than working from the builder's drawing, which is rarely accurate to the centimetre. Beams, window swings, gas and water points, switchboard positions and floor level all get recorded.
Within a few days - 03
3D design
The room is modelled in AutoCAD to your real dimensions and presented as 3D views from where you will actually stand, with dimensioned elevations for each run.
3–5 days - 04
Revisions and sign-off
We change the drawing as many times as it takes. Moving a shutter on screen is free; moving it after fabrication is not. Nothing is cut until you have approved the final set.
As long as you need - 05
Quotation and schedule
An itemised quote naming the ply grade, the finish and the hardware brand and series — not a single lump sum. It comes with a stage-wise schedule and a payment plan tied to milestones rather than dates on a calendar.
2–3 days - 06
Sourcing to the drawing
Once the drawing is signed off, the boards, shutters and hardware are ordered to that exact specification from the manufacturers we work with. Not being tied to one factory means each part comes from whoever does it best at your budget.
1–3 weeks - 07
Installation and handover
Our own carpenters build and fit from the approved drawing. Everything is adjusted and checked against it, and we walk you through the finished job before handing over. If anything needs attention later, you call us — not a manufacturer you have never met.
